Ingredients:
2 large potatoes, finely sliced
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 red onions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon chives
Salt and pepper to taste
Puff pastry / shortcrust pastry
1 egg
Fleur de sel / Rock salt
Method:
Mix all ingredients together
Roll pastry and fill
Brush with egg wash and sprinkle a little fleur de sel
Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes
